THE ART OF DINING AT HOME

Your personalized experience begins with an in-person consultation where the chefs will discuss your vision for the meal,  including the type of menu, number of courses, price range, and any guest allergies or dietary preferences. They’ll also review your kitchen and cooking space, assess your plateware, and provide any additional items if needed. Together, you’ll refine every detail, from presentation to expertly curated wine pairings that complement each course. On the day of your event, Chefs Wiedmaier and McGowan will bring their culinary artistry to your home, preparing, cooking, and serving each dish with the same precision, creativity, and warmth that have defined their celebrated careers.

    Pricing is customized based on the number of courses and the ingredients selected. All experiences require a minimum of 10 guests and can accommodate up to 20 guests. A $250 per person minimum applies.
